Did you know that we have a guest suite? The guest suite is a furnished three-bedroom apartment that we keep for our residents to use when you have family or friends visiting! Our pricing is more affordable than a hotel and your guests will feel at home rather than in the impersonal setting of a hotel. Complete with two queen-size beds and one twin-size bed, our guest suite will comfortably accommodate 5 people. We also have cable and internet set up in the guest suite! What a deal!
Our guest suite also has a wonderful dining setup – use it to host dinner parties in a comfortable setting, without having to worry about clean up the next day! It is only $125 to rent our guest suite for the first night, and goes down to $75 a night for every night after that. Please inquire about special pricing for stays over one week, we do offer additional discounts for longer stays!
Additionally, our clubhouse is available to rent for any events you may want to host. At only $50 a night, it is a great space! There is a kitchen with a working stove, ice maker, microwave and refrigerator, as well as a flat screen television in the main room. This space is a great place to have a viewing party for a major sporting event, a movie night, or a television series viewing night!
